About Us

Living in the Deep Cove area of the amazing North Shore where the mountains meet the sea, join me on a journey of self-discovery.
MY STORY
I'm Brian Erb and I'm sure that you can relate to my story. I have always loved being active in the outdoors and trying to stay in shape but as work stress & business travel increased, really getting in shape seemed a distant dream. I noticed many business colleagues gaining weight and getting depressed as their health started declining. Everyone knows you just have to eat right and exercise, but with an endless number of options, opinions and false starts, where should you begin? I decided to go right back to the beginning and study what our ancient ancestors did. I embraced the Primal lifestyle and can honestly say it is the easiest program with the best results I've ever done. Now I want to help you.
FIRST STEPS
So where do you start? I think the best way to get a taste of the lifestyle is to try it out for a few weeks to see if it works for you. I have a three week program which introduces you to the fundamental concepts of Primal eating and movement. Most people find that the physical and mental changes they experience during this time are the perfect catalyst for moving from a trial period to fully embracing Primal concepts as a foundation of their new lives.
I'd love to talk to you to see if this is a good fit for you. Click the contact button to arrange a free discovery call.
CONTINUE TRAINING
After your 21 day trial, there are multiple options. I'd be more than happy to discuss longer structured programs, corporate wellness initiatives for your team, individualized programs or even certified health coaching options.

I'm here to serve. I embraced this program myself and was so amazed with how it improved my health, clarity and fitness that I want to help others get in the best physical and mental shape of their lives.
